Islanded in the South East corner of Tsawwassen and surrounded by Beach and green space sits one of the oldest and most desirable neighbourhoods in the Tsawwassen. Perfect for all ages but a vehicle is a necessity as town is 3.5km drive down the Boundary Bay Road. Many families have been raised in this pocket and as children have flown the coop, parents remain as the area continues to grow on them. A mix of detached homes make up the majority however there is a sought after gated townhouse complex on 3rd avenue called Monterra.
