Beach Grove is one of Tsawwassen’s original neighbourhoods that is situated East of 56 street and North of 12 Ave. Being located within walking distance to Beach Grove Elementary, the beach, dykes, and town the neighbourhood is desirable for families and empty nesters. The majority of the neighbourhood is made up of detached homes that are either original bungalows/rancher or newer 2 to 3 story houses. Beach front houses with unobstructed ocean views are available on Beach Grove Road. Townhouses and condo’s are available on the borders of the neighbourhood.
